Purpose of the Position

EG Life Sciences seeks motivated Client Services Manager/Client Services Managers to join its growing Life Sciences team in Reading, MA. EG Life Sciences offers a lucrative compensation package for motivated, high energy sales professionals (“hunters”) who are interested in helping the company expand its New England footprint in the Life Sciences Market.

In this role, the Life Sciences Client Services Manager will be selling consulting services to clients nationwide. The Client Services Manager will be expected to develop new business by identifying prospects and opportunities, developing and building relationships with key decision makers, recommending solutions, and placing qualified professionals at client sites. Responsibilities will include meeting with clients, networking, qualifying job requirements effectively, negotiating bill rates with clients, and working closely with the recruiters to identify, qualify, and market qualified professionals to the client

Qualifications

  •  Must have proven successful track record of selling Staffing Solutions in the greater Boston area with a strong focus on hunting and developing new business OR have proven sales experience in a highly competitive and transactional environment.
  •  Must be able to work effectively with Recruiters to convey accurate temperature of requirements and demonstrate effective level of client control.
  •  Show ability to develop repeat business.
  •  Must have high energy level and sense of urgency.

Life Sciences Recruiter

Location: Reading, MA/Remote/Nationwide

Purpose of the Position

We are currently looking to hire a recruiter within the Life Sciences Industry. This will be a candidate/client facing role, supporting sales and leveraging recruiting industry expertise to source, qualify and place professionals on projects in the Biotech, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries. A qualified candidate will have a 1+ years of experience working on Quality Assurance or Validation projects for clients within an FDA regulated environment or an exceptional background in full time and/or executive search.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  •  Will actively recruit and qualify professionals within the Life Science industry
  •  Help with identifying clients to prospect
  •  Attend client meetings with Account Executives to scope job requirements
  •  Become proficient in Eliassen’s systems, procedures and best practices
  •  Proven experience in the Med Device / Bio Pharma space
  •  Subject matter expert as well as contributor to the sales team in terms of work ethic, performance and activity
  •  Strategic in thought process as well as tactical in day to day activities in order to achieve strategic goals

Education/Skills

Bachelors Degree in a Scientific Discipline preferred

SME/Principal Consultant

Location: Nationwide

Purpose of the Position

The Principal Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Consultant is responsible for promoting the EG Life Sciences brand and capabilities throughout North America and driving growth within client companies by uncovering opportunities with-in their network as well as EG Life Sciences network. The Principal SME/Consultant will also be responsible for acting as the subject matter expert when scoping out new client projects, acting as a project manager or lead when necessary and in some cases required to conduct interviews to assess candidate technical skill sets.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  •  Develop new client engagements through your personal network as well as targeted client companies
  •  Help with the growth of existing client relationships.
  •  Identifying speaking opportunities to promote the EG Life Sciences Capabilities
  •  Attend new business meetings with the business development team to act as the subject matter expert
  •  Ensure that all scope of work projects developed with client are attainable
  •  Oversee and manage consultant team members on client projects to ensure all delivery of work is on time and within the scope of work
  •  Act as the lead consultant to kick-off client projects
  •  Ensure that 50% of your time is client billable
  •  Trouble shoot any unexpected developments during client projects with supervisor and the EG Life Sciences team
  •  Contribute to the ongoing development of the EG Life Sciences offerings by providing relevant content for blogs, twitter, RFP responses, website content and data sheets
  •  Monitor changes to FDA regulations and mandates
  •  Monitoring the market to ensure EG Life Sciences is aware of companies that are issued/expecting 483 observations/consent decrees, or are otherwise in need of consulting services

Qualifications

  •  15+ years of experience in one or more of the following; Quality Assurance/Systems, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance and Validation in a Medical Device, Pharma or Biotech (or equivalent) regulated environment
  •  Independent, confident self-starter able to work with minimal direct supervision
  •  Exceptional technical knowledge and expertise
  •  Team player
  •  Strong managerial experience
  •  Highly motivated and ethical
  •  Goal oriented to achieve business objectives
  •  Well networked within the industry (i.e.- Pharma, Medical Device, Biotech, etc.)
  •  Strong writing and presentation capabilities
  •  Able to travel up to 40% in North America
