Purpose of the Position:

We are currently looking to hire a recruiter in the field of Quality Compliance within the Life Sciences Industry.  This will be a candidate/client facing role, supporting sales and leveraging recruiting industry expertise to source, qualify and place professionals on projects in the Biotech, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries.  A qualified candidate will have a 1+ years of experience working on Quality Assurance or Validation projects for clients within an FDA regulated environment or an exceptional background in full time and/or executive search.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Will actively recruit and qualify professionals within the Life Science industry
  • Help with identifying clients to prospect
  • Attend client meetings with Account Executives to scope job requirements
  • Become proficient in Eliassen’s systems, procedures and best practices
  • Proven experience in the Med Device / Bio Pharma space
  • Subject matter expert as well as contributor to the sales team in terms of work ethic, performance and activity
  • Strategic in thought process as well as tactical in day to day activities in order to achieve strategic goals

Education/Skills:

Bachelors Degree in a Scientific Discipline preferred

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience recruiting in the Bio Pharma space in a recruiting or sales role
  • Must have a high energy level, sense of urgency and passion towards success
  • Must be ethical in their approach to business
  • Must demonstrate the ability to network and leverage consultants for referrals
